Apparently, the MSXML 4 message for the first expansion is wrong - otherwise I couldn't play Warchiefs using aoe3y.exe (with a caveat: Until now, I have only played the first scenario of Warchiefs for a minute or so). Select the Compatibility TAB and disable display scaling on high DPI settings. Find Fage3x.exe, RIGHT CLICK and select properties. There is something very odd going on: On my Win10圆4 PC, I can't launch any of the 3 AoE3 modules. You see terrain and in terrain you see 'Paint terrain' use that.
